You will help organize and oversee the talented team of leads, operators and other floor associates to achieve the most optimal departmental workflow. You will advise floor leads on best practices, daily workflow organization, and the overall success rate of work output day-to-day. The Sheeter serves as one of the final stages of production for kiss cut and dye cut stickers prior to the finishing, packaging and shipping stages of an order. At times, the Sheeter Operator may be required to operate other production machinery and equipment, for example, the shrink wrap machine and shipping / packaging station. Speed, accuracy and quality are your passions, but especially your ability to support the team and adapt to changes in order volume. They will operate equipment to slit continuous lengths of printed material into strips of specified width.   $17 per hour plus a $2 shift differential!    2nd shift is M-F 3:30 pm to 1:00 pm (30 min lunch) Candidates may work an 8-hour shift or a 10-hour shift depending on production needs. Must be able to work until 1am.
