We are currently recruiting for a CNC Operator to join our team! A CNC Operator is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of manufacturing machinery. Their duties include running tests before the start of operations, programming and monitoring machines when assembling products and inspecting machinery at the end of each shift to identify parts needing repair. Operator works closely with production teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.

• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements
• Monitor machine operation to detect any problems or errors
• Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages
• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications

• Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company
• Manage and update CNC programs as needed
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing or machinery operation is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar manufacturing or printing environment 
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods while operating machines
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
• Strong math skills for inputting specific dimensions and figures into the CNC machinery
• Strong computer skills as CNC Operators use computer software to control machinery
• Understanding of how the machine works to maintain the machinery for which they are responsible and ensure it functions properly
• Problem-solving skills in order to detect issues in the creation process and find solutions to ensure the machinery creates the product provided in the draft
