We are seeking a dedicated Digital Storefront Coordinator to join our Garner, NC facility. This individual will grow and develop their skills working alongside our Digital Storefront Manager in a fast-paced and expanding manufacturing environment and will be responsible for the daily maintenance of all customers’ storefront accounts.

This position is based at our Garner, NC facility and will report to the Digital Storefront Manager

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining all inventory products for Digital Storefront customers.
  • Taking hi-resolution photos and using digital imagery for item thumbnails.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in process improvement projects and support implementation of new tools or systems.
  • Addressing daily email requests from customers regarding Storefront applications.
  • Monitoring application performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal functionality for Customer Satisfaction on all storefronts.
  • Maintaining accurate records that fall within customer guidelines across all necessary applications.
  • Troubleshoot application errors and provide feedback to customers when necessary.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment to meet customer expectations and deliver the best possible service.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Products, Acrobat, Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
