RLG is looking for a Customer Experience Project Manager that will be responsible for end-to-end management and the execution of projects, including planning, estimating, providing day-to-day management, leadership, direction and administration across full project lifecycle for business initiatives. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a passion for making a difference.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and delivers the intended project goals by managing resource time allocation and efforts.

  • Work with stakeholders to identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.

  • Build trusted relationships focused on continuous improvement with leaders and their teams.

  • Acts as an advocate for change – which may require influencing others to see the value in project, including managing interpersonal sensitivities and articulating the strategic view to ensure project alignment.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation.

  • Drive optimization, standardization, and centralization of processes to enhance field efficiency.

  • Analyzing data to formulate recommendations and implement process improvement solutions.

  • Creating and presenting operational reports to management regularly.

  • Develop and identify tools to automate tasks and simplify workflows

  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relatable experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts, or a related field

  • Proficient understanding of company standards and guidelines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Detail-orientated with a solid ability to organize and prioritize work

  • Effective communication, time management and organizational skills

  • Strong project ownership from initiation to post-implementation support

  • Ability to independently manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
