RLG is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead and nurture strategic client relationships and drive meaningful business growth.

 

As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for RLG’s top-tier customers. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class service, ensure long-term success, and identify opportunities to grow strategic accounts. This role is critical to deepening customer loyalty and advancing our growth strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value, highly complex strategic customer accounts. Liaison between estimating, art, order management.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client priorities and aligning with internal teams (Production, QA, Scheduling, Finance).
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and delivers the intended project goals by managing resource time allocation and efforts.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to lead regular client meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions.
  • Analyze account performance data and deliver insights that drive results.
  • Solve problems with speed and precision, ensuring timely resolution of client needs.
  • Build long-term, value-driven relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in manufacturing and/or B2B environments.
  • A proven track record of growing and retaining strategic client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
  • Experience leading executive meetings and managing complex customer expectations.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
