We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist with a strong background in ecommerce and print manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll work in conjunction with the Regional Manager of HR to support our growing team by managing key HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to strategic initiatives that align with our company goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in an ecommerce or fast-paced business environment. Print manufacturing a plus
Wide ranging knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices in Colorado
Experience with ATS, HRIS platforms, and analytics tools, iCIMS and ADP a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels (entry level hourly to CEO)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS:
Full-time, salary exempt role
100% on site to start then hybrid work environment (timeframe TBD)
Generally, Monday - Friday (40 hours/week) 9am - 5pm MST or 8am – 4pm
Flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal business hours based on business needs
Compensation Range: $70K - $80K
