We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist with a strong background in ecommerce and print manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll work in conjunction with the Regional Manager of HR to support our growing team by managing key HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to strategic initiatives that align with our company goals.

  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes for exempt and non-exempt Giants to ensure a seamless experience for both employees and managers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads including the CEO of StickerGiant to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and execute targeted recruiting strategies
  • Provide HR metrics, reports, and analyses to stakeholders to inform decisions around workforce productivity, retention, and organizational effectiveness
  • In a manufacturing and ecommerce environment: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive workplace
  • Ensure the company adheres to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, providing guidance on compliance to business leaders
  • Manage HRIS platforms, maintain accurate records, and streamline processes to improve efficiency
  • Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, promote diversity and inclusion, and align with business values
  • Collaborate closely with Resource Label Group, our parent company, to ensure seamless interaction and alignment across all operational aspects
  • Execute Payroll on a bi-weekly basis
  • Other tasks as needed in conjunction with on-site Regional HR Manager

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY  

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in an ecommerce or fast-paced business environment. Print manufacturing a plus

  • Wide ranging knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices in Colorado

  • Experience with ATS, HRIS platforms, and analytics tools, iCIMS and ADP a plus

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels (entry level hourly to CEO)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively

  • PHR/SPHR certification is a plus

 

POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS: 

 

  • Full-time, salary exempt role

  • 100% on site to start then hybrid work environment (timeframe TBD)

  • Generally, Monday - Friday (40 hours/week) 9am - 5pm MST or 8am – 4pm

  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal business hours based on business needs

  • Compensation Range: $70K - $80K
