Quality Assurance Technician

 We are currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team! Quality technicians are the internal voice of the customer. They are self-motivated, relentless, results-driven, improvement engines. They find, accumulate, and analyze data and evidence, transforming these into actionable information, and act on that information to drive quality improvement.

Responsibilities

 

  • Drives consistent achievement of high quality and service expectations, proactively preventing non-conformances
  • Leads cross-functional teams to investigate, root cause, correct, and prevent quality issues
  • Ensures compliance to specifications, standards, and regulations. Performs inspections, quality tests, and audits. Drives correction of issues.
  • Prepares and implements quality assurance policies and procedures. Creates procedures and training materials. Trains personnel.
  • Documents quality assurance activities and creates audit reports.
  • Conducts non-conformance investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leads meetings and training sessions to support quality control activities and employee development.

Although no positions answer directly to the Quality Technician, it is incumbent upon this position to cultivate and ensure effective relationships and communications with all departments within Resource Label Group to ensure the highest level of technical service is achieved.
