We are seeking a data driven and experienced Director of Performance Marketing to lead our paid marketing efforts. This role will be pivotal in optimizing our marketing strategies to maximize ROI with a $7M annual budget across paid search, paid social, affiliate, programmatic video, and display campaigns. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with ad platforms, data-driven, and capable of both tactical execution and strategic oversight. Experience managing internal marketing teams and agencies is essential as this position will oversee a small, dynamic team. 

  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Develop and execute data driven performance marketing strategies to achieve StickerGiant's growth objectives 
  • Report directly to the President of Sticker Giant and provide executive updates to the executive team 
  • Manage a $7M annual marketing budget, optimizing spend across multiple channels to achieve maximum ROI. 
  • Lead and mentor a small team of performance marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 
  • Oversee all aspects of paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, programmatic video, and display advertising campaigns across multiple platforms: Google ads, Facebook ads, Amazon ads Impact, etc. 
  • Utilize data analytics and KPIs to drive decisions, optimize campaigns, and report on performance to senior leadership. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with owned and organic marketing teams, product, analytics, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts aligned with business goals. 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, implementing cutting-edge strategies to stay ahead of the competition. 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field required 
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and programmatic channels 
  • Proven track record of managing a significant marketing budget and achieving measurable results. 
  • Experience in Google ads, Facebook ads manager, Google merchant center, and Amazon adsExperience in the Impact platform a plus 
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management, optimization, and A/B testing 
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting 
  • Experience managing internal teams and external agencies effectively 

 

POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS: 

 

  • Full-time, exempt role 
  • Hybrid work environment 
  • Generally, Monday - Friday (40 hours/week) 8am - 4pm MST 
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours based on business needs 
  • Compensation Range: $160,000 - $190,000
